Voc\u00eas podem me perguntar: Pras crian\u00e7as, s\u00e9rio? A resposta \u00e9: claro que sim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Era uma impressora pequena, com \u00e1rea de impress\u00e3o de 8x8x8cm. Mas tinha uma tela LCD e era poss\u00edvel usar sem acesso ao celular ou computador. Enfim, as impress\u00f5es foram aumentando e a complexidade tamb\u00e9m. Como por exemplo, qual filamento usar? PLA (\u00c1cido Polil\u00e1tico)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O PLA \u00e9 um termopl\u00e1stico derivado de recursos renov\u00e1veis, como amido de milho ou cana-de-a\u00e7\u00facar. Por ser de base org\u00e2nica, ele tem uma temperatura de fus\u00e3o mais baixa e n\u00e3o exige tanto esfor\u00e7o mec\u00e2nico da impressora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qualidades:<\/strong> \u00c9 o material mais &#8220;fiel&#8221; \u00e0s dimens\u00f5es do projeto; se voc\u00ea projetar um cubo de <strong>20mm<\/strong>, ele sair\u00e1 com <strong>20mm<\/strong>. N\u00e3o solta cheiro de pl\u00e1stico queimado (tem um aroma levemente adocicado).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defeitos:<\/strong> Justamente por ser &#8220;doce&#8221;, ele atrai umidade e degrada mais r\u00e1pido. Al\u00e9m disso, ele n\u00e3o &#8220;avisa&#8221; antes de quebrar; ele simplesmente estilha\u00e7a por ser muito v\u00edtreo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. PETG (Politereftalato de Etileno Glicol)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine o pl\u00e1stico das garrafas de refrigerante (PET), mas modificado com Glicol (G). Esse glicol impede que o material cristalize e fique quebradi\u00e7o, tornando-o mais male\u00e1vel e resistente quimicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qualidades:<\/strong> Ele combina a facilidade do PLA com a for\u00e7a do ABS. Tem uma transpar\u00eancia natural muito bonita e \u00e9 excelente para pe\u00e7as que ter\u00e3o contato com alimentos ou produtos qu\u00edmicos (se o fabricante certificar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defeitos:<\/strong> O &#8220;G&#8221; do glicol o torna muito viscoso. Ele gruda tanto no bico da impressora quanto na mesa, o que exige uma limpeza constante para n\u00e3o deixar sujeira preta de pl\u00e1stico queimado na pe\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. ABS (Acrilonitrila Butadieno Estireno)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O ABS \u00e9 um terpol\u00edmero (mistura de tr\u00eas mon\u00f4meros). A Acrilonitrila d\u00e1 rigidez, o Butadieno d\u00e1 resist\u00eancia ao impacto (como uma borracha interna) e o Estireno d\u00e1 o acabamento brilhante. \u00c9 o mesmo material dos blocos de <strong>LEGO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qualidades:<\/strong> \u00c9 um pl\u00e1stico &#8220;macio&#8221; para p\u00f3s-processamento; voc\u00ea pode lixar a pe\u00e7a e ela n\u00e3o derrete com o atrito da lixa. \u00c9 muito leve comparado ao PLA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defeitos:<\/strong> O Estireno na composi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o problema. Ele expande muito no calor e contrai violentamente no frio, por isso a pe\u00e7a &#8220;entorta&#8221; se bater um vento gelado durante a impress\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. TPU (O Elast\u00f4mero Termopl\u00e1stico)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diferente dos outros, o TPU \u00e9 um pol\u00edmero com blocos r\u00edgidos e flex\u00edveis alternados em sua cadeia molecular. Isso permite que ele se estique e retorne \u00e0 forma original, agindo como uma mistura de pl\u00e1stico e borracha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualidades:<\/strong> Absorve vibra\u00e7\u00f5es como nenhum outro. \u00c9 quase imposs\u00edvel separar as camadas de uma impress\u00e3o em TPU, o que torna a pe\u00e7a extremamente dur\u00e1vel contra rasgos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Defeitos:<\/strong> Tentar empurrar TPU por um tubo \u00e9 como tentar empurrar um macarr\u00e3o cozido; ele dobra e trava. Al\u00e9m disso, ele cria muitos fiapos porque n\u00e3o para de fluir do bico mesmo quando a impressora tenta parar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. ASA (Acrilonitrila Estireno Acrilato)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O ASA foi criado para substituir o componente Butadieno do ABS por um \u00c9ster Acr\u00edlico. Essa pequena mudan\u00e7a qu\u00edmica torna as mol\u00e9culas do pl\u00e1stico imunes ao ataque dos f\u00f3tons de luz solar, que normalmente &#8220;quebram&#8221; as cadeias do ABS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualidades:<\/strong> \u00c9 o melhor material para a ind\u00fastria automotiva e externa. Ele mant\u00e9m a cor original por anos, mesmo sob sol e chuva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Defeitos:<\/strong> \u00c9 um material caro e, assim como o ABS, requer um controle de temperatura da c\u00e2mara de impress\u00e3o muito rigoroso para n\u00e3o rachar entre as camadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Nylon (Poliamida)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O Nylon \u00e9 um pol\u00edmero sint\u00e9tico de cadeia longa. Na qu\u00edmica, ele \u00e9 conhecido pela sua estrutura semicristalina. Isso significa que, enquanto o PLA \u00e9 &#8220;r\u00edgido como vidro&#8221;, o Nylon \u00e9 composto por fibras moleculares que podem deslizar umas sobre as outras sem quebrar. \u00c9 por isso que ele \u00e9 o material padr\u00e3o para engrenagens e pe\u00e7as que sofrem atrito..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualidades:<\/strong> Incrivelmente forte, dur\u00e1vel e com baixo coeficiente de atrito (bom para engrenagens).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Defeitos:<\/strong> \u00c9 o &#8220;rei&#8221; da absor\u00e7\u00e3o de umidade. Se n\u00e3o for seco antes de usar, a impress\u00e3o falha miseravelmente.
